Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns if:

  • The item is significantly different from the description provided

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all packaging and accessories.

Time Frame

You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order if you wish to request a return or replacement. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days. Since we only accept Cash on Delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Products damaged due to misuse
  • Items returned without original packaging
  • Customized or special-order items

Exchanges

If your item is defective or damaged, we will replace it with the same product, subject to availability.
